- Sale, clearance, or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless received in damaged or defective condition.

- Once approved, you will be guided on the return shipping process.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or wrong.
3. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please mention it clearly while raising a return request.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
